That's a great question! 👏🏼 Good communication is crucial as it’s the foundation of a healthy culture and a well-functioning team. And when it comes to communication I think Slack is great, as is Telegram. There’re a lot of options and I think it's a matter of personal choice. But when it comes to communication + organization, especially when it is necessary to manage a team and solve problems quickly, I have a great option. From the very beginning of my work remotely, I have been using GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/. This Gantt chart generator helps in scheduling work, tracking tasks, setting deadlines, and collaborating with stakeholders wherever they are.
