My top productivity tool has to be Notion. I love hoe customizable it is – I can keep everything from task lists to content calendars in one place, and it keeps me organized without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, the collaborative features make it super easy to share and brainstorm with my team. What's yours?
@andreas_stroberg I hope it is a good omen I just saw your comment. Just tomorrow (we hope) my team is launching here a plugin for figma that generates component variants automatically, it’s called CVA.
1. OpenMultipleURLs ( https://chromewebstore.google.co... )
Available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. This browser extension simplifies opening multiple websites or URLs in separate tabs all at once. I rely on it almost daily to quickly load numerous pages with minimal effort.
2. iBoysoft MagicMenu ( https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ )
This productivity tool is a must for Mac users who want to expand Finder's capabilities. With a simple right-click, you can create new files, move or copy them, copy file paths, find and delete duplicates, and quickly access files, apps, and web links, among other handy actions. Normally, creating a new file involves opening an app, generating the file, and saving it. With iBoysoft MagicMenu, you just right-click, select "New File," choose your format (e.g., TXT, Doc, or XLS), and you’re done – skipping extra steps for a smoother workflow.
Obsidian has become my go-to productivity tool recently. It's like an all-in-one second brain that helps me manage notes, tasks, and ideas across projects. Apple Reminders is great for time-sensitive todos, but Obsidian takes it to the next level with powerful linking, embedding, and knowledge management features.
Coincidently, I work with a team that developed CVA - a plugin for figma made to help designers save time (a lot of time) by generating component variants automatically. We are about to launch it here, btw!
