Since my job requires me to look at the monitor for a long time and I also like to play on my phone, my time is 9 hours.

I’m probably on my screens for like 10 hours a day (web+mob)

On my phone, it's just 4-5 hours or less in some days. But on my laptop, it's usually 8-12 hrs 😅

My daily screen time? Let's just say I clock more hours than a caffeine-addicted programmer during a hackathon! But hey, who can resist the endless allure of the digital world, right?
