Firing a co-founder. Which is why good governance and strong documentation at the start is critical because when there are co-founders, things can sometimes go wonky.

firmly decided to refuse all businesses from old job .. just to concentrate on my own project 😉 I don't believe in coexistence the job and doing the project... this way it will be indefinitely long
