Hey there! The difference between good and great products often comes down to the level of attention to detail and user experience. Great products not only meet a customer's needs, but also exceed their expectations and provide an exceptional user experience that keeps them coming back for more.
In my opinion, a good product is capable of competing in its industry but is not up to the top mark, however, a great product is almost perfect in all areas including its services, features, performance, UI, etc., and thus can be regarded amongst the leaders in its industry.
Great products solve problems in a way where the user has fun. The experience is rewarding. The product is inherently addictive because everything makes sense.
There are a lot of good products, very few great products.
