What's the best startup advice you had ever received?
The best piece of advice I ever received was that “no” is often just the starting point, and most careers worth having involve a fair amount of determination, grit, and just general “try try again”. That’s been true and I’m so glad I learned it early!

For me, the best advice I ever received was "don't put a time limit on success". We tend to decide on given time into getting the business running and making $$$ until things get way tougher than planned.
It kind of hit hard and you usually reconsider the time required to be successful.... and that's been occurring plenty of times! haha
