Drinking water first thing in the morning instead of coffee.

Drinking sufficient mineral water. And move your body... don't stay in front your desk like every single hours.

Def intermittent fasting and cutting down sugar intake for me. Tough at first but makes a huge diff over time - more energy, better sleep, less brain fog. Also getting sunlight first thing in the AM helps sync the circadian rhythm. Small tweaks but they all add up!
