What's one product you can't live without - and why?

I'm curious- what's that one product you can't live without?

Just one, not two!

The kind of product that has become a part of your life and its absence would make you sad?

It could be a productivity tool, a habit tracker, or even a boring utility that just works.

Tell me your favorite. I’ll go first in the comments!

Giphy. It's a free and simple video recording tool. A video can be better understood and more powerful than dozens of words when explaining a situation.

Activity app on my Apple Watch. For someone who works at a computer for many hours, it really helps me stay active. I really like it when it tells me I only achieved 1 out of 3 goals because it basically ends up guilting me into putting in more effort the next day. I also love the animations that show up when you close all the rings.

@olga_s52 - Great! I was in the samsung camp for a long time; but now considering switching to Apple watch. The problem - I think these devices add more pressure:

  • Complete the health ring

  • Complete 8 hour sleep

  • Achieve 10K steps and so on

I'm no the fence right now.

@kaustubhkatdare I can see how it can add pressure! Sometimes it gets a little annoying when it reminds me about my failed goals. But what helps is that you can adjust your goals and make them as achievable as possible. Overall, I find this app to be a definite net positive.

For me - it's Airmail. My favorite email app on MacOS. It's the first thing that launches on my computer every morning and the last thing that I close. It's a primary driver of my email communication.
