I have read a lot about a particular tool based on this concept that is called Obsidian. You might be able to find a lot of stuff on YouTube about it.

@realdesigntack Obsidian is old and let's say proven, but Notion has a better usability and I know a lot of people who switched from Obsidian to Notion.
