What one piece of advise wish you had learned earlier?

Pessimists are always right, but optimists are the ones of who win.

In many cases, speed is more important than quality.

That not every email needs to be a masterpiece. Sometimes, a quick 'hey, here's the info' works just as well! Spent way too many hours overthinking and perfecting drafts when I could've just hit send. 😂 Lesson that i've learned: Done is better than perfect, especially when it comes to getting things done and moving forward! What about you? Any advice you wish you had earlier?
