Using Buffer and Hootsuite mostly. Tried Sprout Social but didn't quite fit. Depends on the need, really.

Been using Canva recently. It is great for making posts and scheduling I'm kinda new to but it works fine for that as well.

@apostolos_toptsis nah, the only 2 tools I've used have been Blog2Social plugin in WordPress and Canva.
