Nowadays we are so easily distracted by phones or other small things when working. Sometimes we may tend to use some tools to help us focus on our tasks.
I use a Pomodoro app to stay focused while working. It’s a simple but effective tool that breaks tasks into manageable chunks, usually 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break. This method helps me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed, and the regular breaks keep my mind fresh. Plus, the ticking timer creates a sense of urgency that helps me avoid distractions like my phone or social media. Highly recommend it!
Staying focused can definitely be a challenge! While there are tools and apps to help with attention, I’ve found that group study sessions can also be really effective for staying on track. Everyone motivates each other, and it creates a productive environment.
I recently came across an interesting post about the benefits of group study that dives deeper into this—sharing it here if you’re interested
