I would say something like frozen time or flash. I would finish all of my work early and spend some quality time for my hobbies, and my family.

I'd like to have the superpower of teleportation because I think it would be really cool to be able to move around freely and explore different places without having to worry about transportation. It would also be great to be able to get to places quickly and conveniently.
