What is your favorite way to plan out the day?

What tools or methods do you use to plan out your day, if at all? For me, I find Google calendar suffices, but I also use an alarm for recurring reminders posting on product hunt. My favorite alarm app is Alarmy.

Have a spreadsheet with a weekly calendar

@alessmkl I sometimes use a spreadsheet as well, but mainly google sheets. Do you prefer excel or google sheets?

I absolutely love using a planner to plan out my day. I find that it helps me stay organized and on track with my tasks and goals. I use a paper planner with a daily layout and write out all of my appointments, meetings, and to-do items for the day. I also like to add little notes and reminders to myself, like the things I need to pick up from the grocery store or the exercise class I have scheduled. I find that using a planner helps me to stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed by my workload. It also helps me to prioritize my tasks and ensure that I am using my time efficiently. Plus, there is something satisfying about crossing items off my to-do list and seeing my progress throughout the day. Overall, using a planner is my favourite way to plan out the day and helps me to stay organized and on track. It's a simple tool, but it makes a big difference in my productivity and overall well-being.

Bullet points and a simple priority mechanism. I also prefer Google calendar for reminders; it's even integrated with my slack.

I generally try to relax on weekends. But when you have a company to run, you are never really off the clock.

@matt_bilardo Same here!

Plot the tasks on Google Calendar. Turn on the notification. Set an alarm for tasks that shouldn't be missed.

I always make it a point to write all my achievements and failures on a journal - with a side of iced coffee and favorite acoustic music
