Do you use digital planners to plan your workday? What is your favorite one? What aspects of the to-do list tools are inconvenient, or what features would you like added?
I personally love using Notion to organize my tasks and projects. It's user-friendly and allows for collaboration with team members. However, I do wish it had better deadline notifications integrated!
I like Microsoft To Do due to features like:👇
✅Personalized to-do lists: Users can create customized lists to organize their tasks, and even color-code them to make them more visually appealing.
✅Due dates and reminders: Users can set due dates for their tasks, and get reminders to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
✅Collaboration: Microsoft To Do allows users to share their lists with others and collaborate on tasks.
✅Integration with other Microsoft tools: Microsoft To Do integrates with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote, so users can manage their tasks across all of these tools.
✅Smart suggestions: The app provides smart suggestions based on the user's previous tasks, making it easier to create new tasks quickly.
✅Sync across devices: Microsoft To Do syncs seamlessly across devices, so users can access their tasks from anywhere.
Overall, Microsoft To Do is a simple and intuitive task management tool that is particularly useful for individuals or teams who already use other Microsoft productivity tools.😚🤞
I just use Apple reminders, 2 years ago I was total control freak and build GTD system in Todoist at paid plan, but after 2months of anxious management, I just killed GTD and deleted the app.
Mine for now is Trello !
But there is nothing better than writing it down manually and having the satisfaction of scratching it out or ticking the completed one's.
maybe that's why i like Trello in the first place !!
I've recently moved from my notes app + google drive to Notion and it's game changer! My team uses it as a hub for majority of our documents, etc so keeping the to-do list on the same system has made it easy to keep track, link, and collaborate.
