What is your favorite question in customer interviews?

Customer interviews are hard and essential. Sometimes it is really hard to get a clear insight in customer interviews, and I think that puts an important role on questionnaire...thats why I wonder about your experiences 🙏

Really depends on the context of the interview - in general, what made you search for X is a good one for me

Really love the “Mom test” approach — usually ask ChatGPT to help me rephrase my questions using this method. But my my favourite one is always “Why?”. Helps to unlock real intentions and behaviour.
