What is the most common use of AI? (Your use + In general)
While having "a scroll time" on Instagram, I bumped into a Harvard Business Review report.
It shows how people changed their habits of using AI (comparing 2024 and 2025).
TL;DR:
In 2024, AI mostly helped in cognitive tasks.
In 2025, AI is used for things related to emotions.
I am attaching the graphic design by Visual Capitalist, and you can see where your opportunity is in building products – pay attention to "New" fields and "growing green numbers".
What is your most common use case of AI?
Looking at this infographic ('New' and 'Growing green numbers'), do you have any product ideas that could be developed in this field?

P.S.: I use AI to explain things if other people "force" me to read between the lines. So more psychological perspective :D

I find quite worrying that people turn to AI for Therapy. One key benefit of Therapy is to have human interactions.

@rebecca_meyer It is scary, I need to admit. On the other hand, I have heard that some individuals are afraid of "judging" so it is easier to talk about the problem with a non-human.
