My opinion:
- Lack of basic business knowledge.
- There is no specialization and pronounced individuality.
- Weak SEO or its complete absence.

The first reason is simple: lack of investment in a good website hosting, professional design, and solid marketing all lead to ecommerce failure. You need a plan for where to invest to get the best ROI in the early days
-Constant payment issues.
-Lack of cross references to trace back the payments.
-Not following up between the purchase process and the moment. when customers receive their goods.
-Prices updates (showing a price when it's actually gone up but it was never updated).
I can think of many others. The main course of action here would be to offer customers/buyers the assurance that their money is safe and that they will not regret purchasing from you. If you do it right, they will even recommend your products with others.
