One of the books that had the most impact on me was "Thinking, Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. This book explores the two thinking systems that guide our decisions: the fast, intuitive emotional system (System 1) and the slow, rational, logical system (System 2). Kahneman provides valuable insights into human cognition, trust, and decision-making processes by explaining how these systems work and how often they fail. This understanding has greatly influenced the way I interpret and respond to human interactions, decisions and actions, allowing me to provide ever more effective support.

Ikigai by Hector Garcia and Francesc Marelles. That booked help me to find a method towards finding purpose. It's very eye opening.
There are many books that have had a profound impact on me. One of my favorites is "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience," written by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. I also deeply love the works of Viktor Frankl, which resonates even more since I live in Vienna. Another influential book is "Full Catastrophe Living" by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Of course, there are also the literary giants like Hesse, Proust, and Dostoevsky, but that's another story. These authors have significantly shaped my perspective on life, mindfulness, and psychology.
