Well, honestly, I had the experience of working with a ton of emails on my work and I hated literally every aspect of dealing with emails. I would say on average I would answer close to zero promotional emails each day.
On occasion I will respond to one either because it's very timely and I'm looking for precisely what they're promoting or the email is brilliant.
