My Take: Launching.
A big problem for First-time founders.
First-time founders often overestimate what could go wrong if an error shows its ugly face after launching.
The biggest challenge of being a founder is Separating Yourself from the Company and Assets. A founder's biggest job is to hire and then to protect the assets you built. If a founder can't separate from the company, then he's likely to undermine himself, the company and the employees by making bad decisions.
