Do you think 6 hrs a day sleep is sufficient to be medically fit? How your sleep schedule is impacted during product launch on PH?

If I have 8 hours of sleep I am perfectly functional! On fire for Launch day today! šŸ™Œ

If I donā€™t get my 8hrs of sleep, Iā€™m a zombie the next day. It didnā€™t really impacted the launch on PH. I found that the first 4-5 hours are crucial on launch day, and afterwards it gets easier to manage. 12 hrs later, it gets quiet. But it depends on your time zone

The real question is: What is sleep? šŸ˜‚ But in all seriousness I think I average around 6hrs a day which is about the bare minimum you need. Itā€™s definitely not ideal but itā€™s been like that since forever that my poor body has just adapted over time! šŸ˜…

I sleep as long as I can. 10-12h if I can. I did last night. On fire today.

6 hours might work for some, but usually, it's not enough. gotta find that balance. cutting back on sleep can really mess up your focus and health

Everyone's sleep needs are different. On average it is about 8 hours. So 6 seems like not enough.

Iā€™ll sleep when Iā€™m dead

Everyone is different. No use trying to ā€˜fit inā€™ doing what others do. Personally I can function with 100% efficiency even on 3 hours of sleep. But I wouldnā€™t ever recommend anyone doing it nor would I do it all the time. I now sleep for about 5-6 hours on average and I feel great! Our bodies are very adaptable to the local surroundings and what we put it through.

11 pm to 5 am. it's enough for an adult 6 hour to sleep, but not less than 6 hour.

I personally sleep as much as my schedule allows me to. There is no set time for it.

I operate on about 5 to 6 hours daily. Sometimes I will get 6+ which is great, but I am fine with 5.
