@riho_fukuda Our product is a feedback management tool, Productlogz. We do have a business account but I mostly engage through my personal account by building in public. It allows others to relate & connect with you better

Curious why X is considered the best option according to all the online articles? How much of it is dependent upon which platform your company already has a following on?
