And be brutally blunt about what you can and can't provide to the table for them.

I like to rehearse my demos in different scenarios, anticipate potential questions, and always have a backup plan for tech glitches; but most importantly, I always ensure to relate the product to the audience's needs and interests, making it engaging and personal - because at the end of the day, people buy into stories, not just products.
