WFH or Work from office? Any tips for a 25 year-old who is in two minds?

I think that the best is a mix of both. There are days that you just wanna stay at home and others when you need certain motivation and be in a work environment.
Did you try renting a flex space?

Work from home is here to stay as a convenience option. But nothing better than office environment especially for teams that require high innovation quotient, energy and collaboration !!

i was managing a team of 200+ engineers who were working from home during covid times. Honestly, for managers, it's a nightmare and that my side of thing.
However, if you are an individual contributor or work in small teams and really professional wrt your work, WFH or WFO doesn't really matter. Your peers and leads will embrace that. I had folks in my team who had zero vigilance and they did excellent work irrespective of the place they worked from.
I prefer working in the office. It's like I can feel the working atmosphere around me from my colleagues, and that motivates me to work harder and focus more.
