Cut that "last essential feature" that was "needed" for launch. Get comfortable with shipping with some minor bugs. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing. Spend more time on marketing.

@kr1shnak Love this advice! Definitely missed out on spending time on marketing for my last launch, and I'm not planning to make the mistake again.

Just keep engaging with people that are willing to give you feedback. Make the product fast and slick.
