1. run facebook / twitter / google ads to recruit such people
2. If you have Indian friends, ask then to share links to your survey/ recruitment page in their Whatsapp groups. Whatsapp is very commonly used in India
3. If your client is one of the sites or a hospital, ask them to share their client database
