Strategic partnerships - suggestions please :)
This past week I’ve been studying in depth - how to cultivate the perfect strategic partnership? As cofounder I found myself questioning who could be a great fit as a partner.
Have you ever faced this situation?
Which strategy did you use to get the partnership you needed to grow?

Hey Luca,
First thing first is to identify your Ideal Partner Profile (check out this template for helping you to do that https://partneroptimizer.com/bui.... I don't work for them I just like the template).
From there you have to have a really solid case about how you bring the other company value. You have to find a way to make them money, even if you're not making any yourself.
Then you have to do that over and over and over again until you have their attention.
It's a big lift for a small company.
Try to find a partner that's only slightly larger than you. That seems to work better sometimes.
