Steal my five questions to get the best customer testimonials ๐Ÿ“ฃ

Goal: Reveal the most compelling parts of their customer story (and provide you with a persuasive piece of content), without boring them with an endless list ๐Ÿฅฑ ๐Ÿ‘‰ 1. Please could you introduce yourself and your role at [company name]? Essential for context and credibility. Plus if youโ€™re requesting video testimonials (like me) it gives them a chance to warm up on camera. ๐Ÿ‘‰2. What problem were you facing that made you seek out [company/ service] and how did [company/ service] help you overcome those problems? Relatable pain points will resonate. Position yourself as a solution. ๐Ÿ‘‰3. Would you recommend [company/ service] and if so, who to? People often forget the โ€˜who toโ€™ part and miss a valuable opportunity to namecheck their ideal customer. ๐Ÿ‘‰4. What was the best thing about [company/ service]? Time to uncover the magic. ๐Ÿ‘‰5. Is there anything else you would like to tell us? Donโ€™t leave a single stone unturned. Sometimes the best (and most unexpected) answers come from this question. What did I miss? Let me know what questions you ask.
