Probably biased as I have never used teams, but Slack (from what I’ve seen) has many more personalization and integration opportunities.
Which, if you don’t need it or you’re not tech savvy, can be a bit overwhelming - but if you’ve gotten familiar with it then there is a lot of room to optimize everything.
Both Slack and Teams have their strengths, and the choice often depends on specific needs and preferences. Personally, I lean towards Slack for its user-friendly interface and extensive integration options, but Teams can be advantageous for organizations already invested in the Microsoft ecosystem.
