I like working at the office because the food here is really great! What is your preference in these days?

It depends what I am trying to do, but I usually prefer office 4 days and 1 day at home.

I think remote won in 2020, but I prefer to mix it like 3 days at home and 2 in he office

I think focusing one of them would have negative effects in the long term. I prefer sometimes go to office and other times stay at home.

Depends on the objective. For any planning/creative meetings, office will always triumph. For output-based, heavy focus tasks, WFH usually works best.
