I have helped clients with NO PPC and have easily 3 to 5X their traffic and 2X the sales. Have met clients with zero PPC budgets :) it may or may not work at all times. With SEO it always works. I would say a combined effort of 30 % paid and 70 % SEO to start off with and with time decrease the paid marketing effort.

Hello, Indeed PPC is always winner but remember as soon as you stop PPC your traffic will decreased and you will get less leads, but if your content is good then you can get organic traffic as well, For me CONTENT is the KING.
