For us, a hybrid approach using Google Meet for meetings and Slack as our internal chat platform.
We also use Slack to communicate with our user community and support. We're getting close to 1,500 members in our community.
We use a mix of Google Meet for our scheduled meetings, Slack for messaging, and the project management tool we've been developing (and working in) to communicate on specific projects/tasks to prevent that information from getting lost in a sea of Slack messages.
