depends on what i'm buying! i think i have different expectations for what i like to physically experience (candle scent, notebook texture, etc.) vs. things that i don't want to necessarily "experience".

Online as long as you can tell what it is you're buying! Clothes etc still kinda needs to be in-store imo
online vs in-store. it's like comparing netflix to a theater experience. each has its vibe.
online? convenience wins. click, pay, delivered. it's the future but also impersonal.
in-store? it's the senses. the feel, the smell, the instant gratification. but hey, it takes time.
