Most of the AI apps don't have great UI. Do you know why ?

Now a days we see lot of AI apps coming to market which don't have great UI. Their branding got black and white color scheme mostly. What are your thoughts on this approach of designing AI apps with less rich UI ?

It seems that the focus on advanced AI functionality might sometimes overshadow the importance of user-friendly design, but I'm confident that as AI technologies evolve, developers will increasingly prioritize intuitive and appealing user interfaces to ensure their apps are accessible and enjoyable for all users.
