For me personally, it's overthinking it. Follow the launch guide and just get genuinely active in the PH community. It seems like the best way to reach good rankings on launches is to be active, give back and build your community on PH.
As we only had two weeks to start on PH before we launched we decided very early that we were doing this for the experience (the best way to learn is to dive in), to engage with the PH community and to look/think long term (next launches).
