Launch the same Startup Multiple Times?

Is it advisable or viable to launch the same Startup multiple times on Product Hunt? I have seen a couple of creators do this. Simply because they keep releasing newer versions of their startups/tools after every few months or years?

I think you launch (newer versions ) with a gap of 6 months or so

Don't know whether its good or bad but I am planning on doing that myself in the 2nd half of the year.

@ali_ndlovu I think it should be possible, especially if you are releasing newer versions of the web app bi-yearly or something close to that.
