Is using LinkedIn very useful in finding a job

LinkedIn is very useful for finding jobs, but it can sometimes be challenging also.

I found my last job through LinkedIn. It's great for finding job postings and getting in touch with hiring managers

If you're looking for work, having some presence on LinkedIn is table stakes. Even if you're not networking, recruiters use the Premium features to do super granular searches to find candidates with specific skillsets for clients. Am on the hiring side of this now -- no LI presence, no chance of even making it into the filter.
