Is the OG (physical) planner / notebook still popular to organize your weekly schedule? đź“—

Honestly, for me it's the best way to organize daily tasks. I always break big tasks into smaller ones and spread them out throughout the week. I prefer the ones that are organised around hours so I can note down my meetings as well. I guess there's something about the physicality of writing about work in a notebook. I'm using the weekly planner from Marks Japan. What planners / apps do you use and how do they help you in better planning?

I recently made a switch from my physical notebook to Sunsama. Not sure if anyone is using it but with Sunsama I easily get to plan a stress free workday by pulling together my tasks, emails, and calendars in one place. It's definitely a fantastic productivity tool. If you're finding yourself spending too much time wondering what you really accomplished than working your strategic plan, you should try it. https://bit.ly/387xXvc

I personally love to use online whiteboard Weje. It helps me collect, organise, plan, and share the most valuable data. Really convenient and helpful tool.

Google calendar is really easy to use, you can colour code different tasks which is really helpful if you have repetitive tasks for example every week
