Is it more important to let users pay or save users money?

PopShort.AI is a one-click tool for generating AI short videos, and it has faced thousands of users since its launch. We found that many users lost a lot of credits because they were not good at adjusting prompts. Although they were satisfied with the final results, and they seemed to be used to AI's card-drawing results, we still wanted to avoid this waste. So we made two optimizations: 1.Settings: After entering all prompts, click "Regenerate image" to save units. 2.Prompt: A new video prompt has been added to generate a video based on the image. What do you think? Everyone is welcome to experience and give feedback. Every character you write means a lot to us.

Since there are more parties, interests are conflicting. 😄 But we all know that marketers do both. You have to show results in the company, so you make them pay for the value. But you also have to motivate people, so you sometimes give them the "benefit" of a discount.

@busmark_w_nika You are right, haha! But what can I say, it is not difficult to make a choice once we figure it out. From a long-term perspective, user experience remains the top priority.😁

@elara_thorn Somewhere I heard that UX/UI is killed by AI (in terms that we are instantly given options and answers) that we do not need e.g. search bar anymore (and with that UI/UX). What is your opinion?
