In my perception it is a game, but I would guess it is all about perspective.

Business is both. It’s a fight with yourself to stay disciplined, resilient, and adaptable. At the same time, it’s a game—strategic, competitive, and played within certain rules. Mastering both aspects is what sets the best apart.
