I'd change the perception that you have to work crazy hours and sacrifice everything for your startup. Sustainable growth and work-life balance should be valued more. The rest of the world has a lot to teach us about building businesses that last and keeping your sanity intact!
The obsession with hustle culture. Seriously, we need to stop glorifying burnout as a badge of honor. Startups should focus on working smart, not just working crazy hours. Mental health, balanced life, and actual sustainable productivity matter way more than how many all-nighters you can pull.
I'd love to see less focus on chasing unicorn status and more on building sustainable, purposeful businesses that solve real problems across a diverse range of industries beyond tech. Startups should be driven by meaningful impact, not just exponential growth and billion dollar exits.
