Hey Tiago, You spotted any similar traits in all of them? Also I wanted to get your thought on a podcast platform I came across called Aureal.one

@shounak_shetty yes I did. There are a lot of similarities but the most outstanding is the fact that all of the successful ones tend to use the Audience First Approach and all of them worked hard until reaching a comfortable MRR. I actually created a step by step bootstrapping guide based on the lessons I learned in my interviews (https://wannabe-entrepreneur.com...)

@shounak_shetty regarding the app the headline seemed interesting but I did not really understand how it could help us monetize without ads...
How do you get your first interviewees when you haven't done any interviews yet?

@mobilemediamania Great question! Actually the process hasn't changed much. I simply ask people if they are up for an interview and surprisingly many of them say Yes!! No one has ever asked me how many listeners I have. Can you believe it?
