I launched UI/UX design subscription product. Should I scale or stay small atm?

Hi guys. I recently launched my project https://www.producthunt.com/post... . I have a well-performing system to maintain a great quality of design while having several projects simultaneously. Is it the right approach to stay small and focus on quality or scale and hire other designers? And your feedback on the landing page is also appreciated. Thanks
