@maksym_skrypka By the way, I spend about 10 hours in front of my monitor or laptop each day.
Maksym Skrypka
@atsuki This is a lot. What do you use to protect your eyes?
Atsuki Hasegawa
@maksym_skrypka I use blue light cutting glasses in the evening, but I feel they're not enough.

@pointae What do you use to protect your eyes?

@maksym_skrypka I wear my prescription glasses sometimes and dim the screen brightness when it starts to get dark out.
Maksym Skrypka

Well, I work in a startup, I have other companies, and I'm a consultant for some others. So an average of 12 to 14 hours I'm in front of a screen. I have astigmatism, age is unforgiving, so I chose a high-end lens with all kinds of filters and protections. I try to change the focus of my vision continuously, and until I was 40 years old I used to do visual exercises, I also worked fewer hours a day. Love your product, sounds amazing.
Maksym Skrypka
@vizca75 I also started doing eye exercises and felt that they started to get less tired. Tomorrow is the launch of EyeYoga so I would love your support and click notify me so you don't miss it

@maksym_skrypka sure, I've already done it. I'll be there tomorrow 😉

The amount of time spent in front of a computer monitor varies depending on the nature of the work or activities being performed. It's essential to practice healthy screen time habits, such as taking regular breaks, adjusting the monitor's brightness and contrast, and ensuring proper ergonomic setup to minimize potential strain and fatigue. For a refreshing break from screen time, consider taking a moment to unwind and engage in the captivating challenges offered by the Connections Unlimited puzzle game. It provides a perfect opportunity to exercise your mind and enjoy a delightful gaming experience, all while taking a well-deserved break from extended computer use.
