How much do you find yourself dependent on AI in your work?

I’m not very dependent on AI, but when I use my product, I always use it because it’s convenient.

Terribly strong! I’m too lazy to write and structure large texts, I record audio in telegram, transcribe it into text and then structure it into a report or task via GPT

Rarely, but my coworkers use it more often, especially the marketing department.
