I work about 3 hours a day, and I found that I focus better and I get things done faster in less hours.

@dzaitzow I’m a stay at home dad and I spend the rest of my time with my daughter. I managed to squeeze these 3 hours in so I can get stuff done on my startup.

@claudiu_cogalniceanu so you have 2 jobs - one as a full time caretaker and 1 as a startup employee. Sounds like you're working much more than 3 hours to me!

I seriously lost my count, but I just take my 6 hours of sleep now, the rest of the time only work.
I work 15 hours a day. I'm working on my product and I don't mind spending energy on a product that helps people. (Ixord Notes)
Usually it's already too many, but today is a 24 hour work day, as mDash, my AI-powered project management tool built for web development, launched today! I can sleep tomorrow 😂

Try to keep it consistent at around 10 a day - my weekends are more like 6 depending on workload.

@soner_ Great question - I don't wake up too early - I don't go to bed too late - I try and read before bed (fiction optimally) and this week I'm splitting my time between outreach / pipeline building and bug testing on our near ready for beta app so the difference of scope helps to feel recharged.
If I can get to the gym / play a sport 4/5 times a week that really helps maintain my focus but I think since working in Corporate 10 was the norm so I try to keep that consistent in a startup ecosystem. Feels like the right amount for me as anything after 10 doesn't feel productive.

@soner_ Also my wife is a food blogger so oftentimes I don't need to spend too much time on food prep / thinking about what to eat / cleaning up if she is either testing or shooting recipes. Big time saver there.
