For us, the beta phase lasted 3 months, and the current version took an additional 4 months in total.

Well, turning my idea into reality felt like completing a coding marathon - it took us about 6 months to build and launch our product! But hey, who doesn't love a good challenge, right?

This is a good question. You need to wait to be ready "enough" but not too ready. The quickest acceptable product, honestly.
