It was easy to understand UX concepts, but when it came to tools, I really struggled initially. Getting lost in deluge of videos, not knowing where to start. What was your experience? What could have made it easier?
@ezzat ok. For me it was less about Figma. Figma is a great tool. I got swamped with where to start and what would be considered as a good start. Learning from videos, switching between videos/ebooks took priority, doing Figma hands on slipped. I think I lost couple of months there. Focused UI practice to get this hard skill quickly was missing.
@zoon_s Yeah, similar situation here. Before Figma, I learned a little bit of html and frameworks. That took a decent while because so many people had their own ways of doing things
Figma is great!
It depends what you are looking for.
There are some great UI.UX tools on the market.
My personal favorite is InVision.
Good luck with learning!
@zoon_s InVision is a prototyping tool created for designers. Features that allow you to quickly create interactive mockups for your designs are great and very intuitive. It can be used as a beginner tool but also as an advanced prototyping solution.
