How Do You Use Customer Feedback?

We all know listening to our users is key. But how do you actually use what they tell you to make your product better? Do you have a go-to method or a favorite tool to help sort through all the opinions? I'd love to hear how you tackle feedback—what works, what doesn't, and any cool tips you've picked up along the way. Let's chat about turning user comments into product gold!

First of all, create a spreadsheet, where you gather the entire feedback received. Create columns to gather information like what do they like about your product, what do they dislike, what are they missing, and what business problems are they trying to solve. Also, it's very important to gather information about the users who gave you the feedback. If you haven't found your niche, you might end up with completely different users, from completely different industries and business types that might need completely different things. It was also a problem for me, when we started with Zendo. It was difficult to find a pattern or even common stuff, as people were coming to us from completely different places. But ultimately, we managed to find our niche, feedback that I was receiving from talking to our users/prospects was more consistent. It allowed me to create another sheet with feature requests, based on which I was able to generate charts of the most awaited features, which allowed us to better plan our roadmap. Since I implemented this approach, and we started adding the most wanted features, our conversion rates started to increase month over month ;).
